1. Returns
You have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Conditions for a return:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be included

The return must be sent back in the original packaging (box or bag)
How to start a return:
Send an email to info@monarchstore.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will send you return instructions.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are excluded from our return policy:

Discounted items or items marked as "Free Gift"

Customized or personalized products
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For orders with free shipping, a restocking fee may apply
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items.
If you wish to receive the same item again, please email info@monarchstore.uk.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless:

You received a defective or incorrect item
In such cases, Monarch will cover the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Monarch is not responsible for lost or untrackable return shipments.
